Appointment Policies

Here at Definition of Beauty Day Spa, we understand life happens! In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us immediately.

Please note these guidelines:

We are providing online booking and there will be a $50 non-refundable charge for all reserved services within the price range of $50 and higher when you schedule your appointment.

For the services with a price below $50, the clients will have to pay the full price when booking the appointment, and that will be non-refundable.

Cancellations:

We require a minimum notice of 48 hours to cancel appointments.

A cancellation fee of

100% Price value of the service thereafter

This applies to all appointments not canceled 48 hours ahead of the scheduled time.

This also applies to Gift Certificates and other discounted offers bought online.

Missed appointments:

Our “no-show” policy applies when a guest missed their appointment without providing notice.

A non-refundable fee of $50 for reserved service will be charged.

The guest may book future services after paying a non-refundable fee of $50 for the service scheduled.

We may decline requests from guests who have missed multiple appointments.

Late arrivals:

The Definition of Beauty Day Spa respects your time. We require our service providers to maintain a timely schedule and greet guests promptly.

We may need to reschedule guest services when they arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment so that we can offer timely services to each guest.

In this case, the $50 non-refundable fee will be charged also.
